        The brand signature is a predefined zone, which includes the logo and its visual and informative elements. It provides a consistent brand recognition and a clear expression of our brand architecture.

        All ING business units complement one another by using one standard application system for the logo, taglines, business descriptors, URLs and the business footnotes. It brings all messaging from all parts of the ING family closer together, creating greater synergy and brand recognition. The brand signature system will result in a consistent appearance by using an orange line with the corporate logo on a white background.

        All existing suffixes and business descriptors from the current brand architecture will have a new, fixed place. The signature zone is relatively small, but a critically important part of any communication.
        Compliance with these rules will result in a consistent and well-ordered appearance of the ING brand.
